Ploypad
Privacy Policy
Ploypad is a native macOS app that runs entirely on your Mac. It connects directly to the Dokploy server(s) you configure. We do not run a backend that sits between you and your servers.
Your API keys
Your Dokploy API keys are stored only in your Mac’s Keychain. They are used solely to talk to the servers you add, and they are never transmitted to us or to any third party.
What we collect
Nothing from the app. Ploypad has no analytics or telemetry server collecting personal data, and it does not track you. Your projects, services, logs, and metrics are fetched directly from your Dokploy server to your Mac and are not sent anywhere else.
This website
Separately from the app, this marketing website (ploypad.app) uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate visits and which pages and download links people use. IP addresses are anonymized by Google, and no personally identifying information is collected. This applies only to the website — never to the app or your Dokploy data.
Purchases
Ploypad Pro is sold as a one-time in-app purchase through the Mac App Store. Apple processes the transaction; we never see your payment details. Your purchase entitlement is verified on-device with the App Store.
